eBay Offered Here Is A Black Knit Tie With Painted Logo From The Now Defunct Las Vegas Riviera Hotel & Casino Which Use To Reside On The Las Vegas Strip. ******************* This is the tie that bartenders and dealers use to wear as part of their Riviera work uniform. The bartenders started wearing the tie in 1969. When I went to work at the Riviera in 1984 bartenders no longer wore the tie, but the dealers still did. I believe the dealers ceased wearing them a year, or two later. **************** The tie is machine made black knit and is a narrow tie. From one end to the other the tie is 57 inches long. The old Riviera logo is painted on the tie. Some small spots of paint loss on the logo, but not bad at all for its age. Since they were not available for retail they were not made in abundance. I have never, since my employment at the Riviera, come across another one and now that the Riviera closed in 2015 the ties are left to obscurity, or tucked away in an employees closet, garage. or discarded. ************************** Purchase price includes shipping to the continental USA only via the USPS Ground Advantage.
