eBay Offered for sale is an antique Hamilton #992B (USA) open-faced railroad pocket watch, probably circa 1949. This is a 16-size watch, and measures approximately 50mm (2″) diameter. This watch features a genuine Hamilton Model 14 nickel chrome screw back and bezel case, a 21-jewel adjusted stem-wind lever-set movement, and a single-sunk melamine dial with Arabic numerals. The case is in fair condition showing signs of normal pocket carry, and the chrome finish is partially worn. The dial is in fair condition, showing some noticeable crackling throughout that normally occurs with age. The movement runs and keeps excellent time.
